🚚 Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order placement.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout.

📦 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders:

  • Payment is made directly to the delivery partner when your order is delivered.

  • COD availability may depend on your PIN code and product.

  • You must provide a valid mobile number and complete delivery address.

  • Our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm your COD order.

  • Orders may be cancelled if the customer cannot be reached or the order cannot be confirmed.

  • Please keep the exact or required amount available when the delivery arrives.

📍 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name

  • House/Flat/Shop number

  • Street/Locality

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Valid mobile number

KhulJaSim.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

🔎 Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication methods.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

❌ Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses the package, or cannot be contacted, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to the sender.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer because of:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in such situations.

📦 Damaged Package

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please avoid accepting it where possible and contact our customer support team immediately.
